Company Authentication Code
What is my company's authentication code, and where can I find it?
Your company authentication code is a 6-character code issued by Companies House. It allows you to securely file and update company information online.
If you formed your company with Quality Company Formations
- In your "Order Fulfilment" email: This email was sent on the day your company was incorporated and includes all company documents and information about the services included in your package
- To locate your code, simply look for the attachment titled “Authentication Code”
- On your Quality Company Formations Dashboard: Simply log in to your account and select the "My Companies" tile. You will find your authentication code listed next to your company name and number.
If you formed your company with Companies House
- Companies House sends the Authentication Code via post directly to the registered office address of the company. This is received around 5 days after the company is formed.
