How to add a director
To appoint a director, you must:
- Confirm they are eligible (over 16 and not disqualified)
- Confirm they agree to act as a director
- Update your internal company records
- Notify Companies House of the appointment
How to remove a director
- The resigning director submits a resignation letter
- Update your internal company records
- Notify Companies House of the termination
Please note: a company must always have at least one director at all times
