- Limited by Guarantee: Generally used by non-profit organisations.

Important information about our packages:
- All packages (except the Multiple Share Class Package) include Ordinary Shares only. If you require a company with different share classes, please select the Multiple Share Class Package.
- All packages* include our Generic Limited by Shares Articles of Association, which cannot be amended.
*Multiple Share Class package: you must provide your own Articles of Association.
