How to Renew Your Services
Your Client Portal displays all of your active services and renewal dates in one place, so you can review and renew them with ease.
Viewing your services and renewal dates
To see a full list of your services, expiration dates, and any expired services:

Log in to your account

On the Customer Dashboard, select 'My Services & Renewal'
From here you can see all services associated with your account, check when they are due to expire, and identify any that have already lapsed.
How to renew your services
Your services will renew automatically on the scheduled date using your primary card, so you don't need to take any action.
However, if you wish to renew your services manually, you can do so on your Client Portal:

Log in to your account and go to your Customer Dashboard

Select 'My Services & Renewal'

Tick the 'Renew' box next to each service you wish to renew

Add your selected services to your cart and follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment
Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipted invoice and renewal confirmation by email.
⚠️ Avoid manually renewing your services on the same day the automatic renewal is due to prevent duplicate charges.
